How to calculate your size
The European size on the table above is half of the perimeter of your waist, in centimeters. So, an easy way to know your size is to measure the perimeter of your waist and divide by 2.
Example: the perimeter of your waist is 86 cm. Divided by 2 is 43. So you can choose the 42-S or the 44-M sizes.
