Terms and Conditions for Purchases and Returns
Packages are sent from Monday to Friday in a maximum period of two days after receiving payment. They arrive within 24 to 72 hours.
You will receive an invoice for your purchase with your package.
Deliveries are sent worldwide.
Delivery (transport cost) and handling costs are FREE for purchases over €80. The customer must pay any destination-based taxes (local taxes, import duties, customs clearance and storage fees derived from the non-withdrawal of the merchandise).
For purchases of less than €80, a fee of €5.95 will be applied to deliveries in Spain (the Spanish Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands). For deliveries outside of Spain, the following fees will apply:
USA & CANADA: €30,-
SOUTH AMERICA: €40,-
ASIA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: €40,-
MIDDLE EAST: €40,-

Price and payment
The prices on this website are displayed in Euros and include VAT, but do not include delivery costs. These will be added to the total as per the amounts in our purchasing guide (transport section).
Once you have finished shopping in our store, all the items will have been added to your basket. The next step is to make payment in order to process the order.
You can pay by card with Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and by Paypal. In order to minimise risk of non-authorised access, your card data will be encoded.
Upon clicking “Authorise Payment” you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate owner.
Credit cards are subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing entity. If the card issuer does not authorise the payment, we are not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver and we are unable to enter into any formal Agreement with you.
If for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return this within a maximum period of 10 days from the date you received the goods. If your goods are collected from your home (the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands), transport fees of €3.95 will be discounted from your refund. If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the fees discounted will be €7.95.
You will be responsible for paying the transport costs for Goods returned via the post office (certified and with receipt of sending).

If the return or exchange is the result of a mistake in the delivery or product made by us, we will collect the package from the address you give us and not charge you for its return. We will also bear the costs of sending the correct order if you wish to exchange the product.

We will accept returns of goods that meet the conditions below:
Unused goods: These include any items that are new, with the original labels and in the original packaging (if this exists). We will not accept returns of garments that show obvious signs of wear and are not in the same condition as in which they were received.
Goods with manufacturing defects.
The refund for the goods will be via the same payment channel through which they were purchased.
