Transport
The packages are sent from Monday to Friday in a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment and take 24-72 hours to arrive.
You will receive the invoice of your purchase together with the package.
The shipment will be made to any geographical point.
Shipping and handling are FREE from €130 of purchase. Taxes at destination are the responsibility of the client (local taxes, import tariffs, customs procedures and storage costs due to the non-removal of the merchandise).
In purchases of less than €130, €10 will be charged for transport in national shipments (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and the following amounts in the rest of the world:

- USA & CANADA: €30,-
- SOUTH AMERICA: €40,-
- ASIA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: €40,-
- AFRICA: €40,-
- MIDDLE EAST: €40,-
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE MANAGED BY AN INTERNATIONAL COURIER (FEDEX, UPS, TNT…). THE TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO YOU IN YOUR CUSTOMER AREA UPON DEPARTURE OF THE COLI, AND YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE IT BY EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM THE COURIER. IN THE EVENT OF AN INCIDENT OR DELAY IN THE DELIVERY, YOU MUST MANAGE IT DIRECTLY WITH THE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY.
WE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BUT ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR FACILITIES WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.

Price and payment
The prices on this website are shown in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as stated in our purchase guide, transport section.
Once you have made your purchases, all the items you wish to buy will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment.
You can make the payment with Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, and Paypal cards. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your card details will be encrypted.
By clicking on “Authorize Payment” you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate owner.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any Contract with you.
Returns
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a maximum period of 10 days from the date you receive the merchandise. In the case of home collections (Spain: Peninsula and Balearic Islands), transport costs will be deducted from the refund and have a cost of €7.95 (€14.95 in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
For returns by postal mail (certified and with acknowledgment of receipt), the expenses derived from transport must be borne by you.
In the event that the package is returned due to the absence of the recipient, or due to the impossibility of the carrier to deliver it after some attempts, the expenses derived from the return (transport, import duties, customs procedures and storage expenses for not withdrawing the merchandise) will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.

If the return or exchange is due to a shipping or product error on our part, we will pick up the package at the address you indicate and we will bear all the expenses derived from the subsequent return, as well as the cost of shipping the correct order. in the case of change.

We will accept the return of merchandise that meets the following conditions:
Unused Merchandise: Includes any item that is new, with original tags, and in original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if the garments show obvious signs of wear or are not in the same condition as received.
Merchandise with manufacturing defect.
The reimbursement of the merchandise will be made through the same channel through which the payment was made.
