Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Returns

Transport

Packages are dispatched Monday to Friday within a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment and take 24-72 hours to arrive.

You will receive the invoice for your purchase together with the package.

Delivery will be made to any geographical location.

Shipping and handling are FREE from €130 of purchase. Taxes at destination are to be paid by the customer (local taxes, import duties, customs formalities and storage costs due to the non-withdrawal of the goods).

For purchases of less than 130€, we will charge 10€ for domestic shipments (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and the following amounts in the rest of the world:

  • EUROPE: €18,-
  • USA & CANADA: €30,-
  • SOUTH AMERICA: €40,-
  • ASIA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: €40,-
  • AFRICA: €40,-
  • MIDDLE EAST: €40,-

THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE HANDLED BY AN INTERNATIONAL COURIER (FEDEX, UPS, TNT....). THE TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT WILL BE AT YOUR DISPOSAL IN YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE IT BY E-MAIL DIRECTLY FROM THE COURIER. IN THE EVENT OF ANY INCIDENT OR DELAY IN THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST CONTACT THE COURIER COMPANY DIRECTLY.

WE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BUT ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR PREMISES WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT.

Price and payment

The prices on this website are shown in Euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our buying guide, shipping section.

Once you have made your purchases, all the items you wish to buy will have been added to your basket and the next step is to process the order and make the payment.

You can pay with Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, and Paypal. To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, your card details will be encrypted.

By clicking on "Authorise Payment" you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the credit card issuer, but if the credit card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into any Contract with you.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a maximum period of 10 days from the date you receive the goods. In the case of home collection (Spain: Peninsula and Balearic Islands), the transport costs will be deducted from the refund and have a cost of €7.95 (€14.95 in the case of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

For returns by post (registered post with acknowledgement of receipt), you will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.

In the event that the package is returned due to the absence of the addressee, or due to the impossibility of the carrier to deliver it after several attempts, the costs arising from the return (transport, import duties, customs formalities and storage costs for not collecting the goods) will be borne by the purchaser and will be deducted from the refund.

If the return or exchange is due to a shipping or product error on our part, we will collect the package at the address you specify and we will bear all costs arising from the subsequent return, as well as the cost of sending the correct order in the case of exchange.

We will accept the return of goods that meet the following conditions:

Unused merchandise: Includes any item that is in new condition, with the original tags and in the original packaging (if any). Returns will not be accepted if garments show obvious signs of wear and tear or are not in the same condition as received.

Goods with a manufacturing defect.

The reimbursement of the goods will be made through the same channel through which the payment for the goods was made.
